How To Unroot Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus (GT-I9105)

Are you a Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus (GT-I9105) smartphone user and have rooted your phone and want to unroot the same for any reason, check out this tutorial.


Before Proceeding:

1.Just make sure your phone was rooted. Otherwise, don’t try this procedure. In case, if you are not sure about the rooting status, just download the Root Checker app from Google Play Store.

2.Next backup all your internal data’s with the help of backup applications.

3.Then charge your phone fully or at least up to 75% so, and then you will never face any power issues.

Procedure to unroot Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus (GT-I9105) smartphone:

1.First, download the stock firmware and Odin from this page under the appropriate topic.

2.Once you have downloaded the files place them on your desktop.

3.After that extract, the same and again place them in the desktop.

4.Then double-click the Odin executable file and it will launch.

5.Then hit the PDA and select the Stock firmware file you just extracted to your desktop.

6.Then put the checkmark in the boxes that say “Auto Reboot” and “F.Reset Time”.

7.But make sure the Repartition box is not checked.

8.Then turn OFF your phone and reboot your phone into the download mode.

9.After that press and hold the Volume Down button, Home button and Power button simultaneously. Then press the Volume Up button to continue into the download mode.

10.After that connect your Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus (GT-I9105) to the computer using USB cable.

11.Then hit the start option in the Odin, now flashing process will begin on your phone.

12.Once the process is complete, your phone will reboot automatically.

13.That’s it!

Now, your phone was successfully unrooted and currently running on the official stock firmware.
