How To Root Sony Xperia M Dual (C2004/C2005) Jelly Bean 4.2.2 Build [15.2.A.1.12]

This is the tutorial which explains how to root Sony Xperia M Dual (C2004/C2005) Jelly Bean 4.2.2 Build [15.2.A.1.12] smartphone.

1.The given below procedure works only if your Sony Xperia M dual smartphone is running on Jelly Bean 4.2.2 Build 15.2.A.1.12. So, first ensure about that by going to the path Settings>About phone. If it is different, please stop here and don’t proceed further.

6.Once you have done all the aforementioned points, now you are good to proceed the rooting procedure.

1.First download and install the vRoot app from this page under this article title. Please be informed that this will be in the Chinese language. So, bear with that, just click next option like you install other software in your computer.

2.Once you finish the installation of this software, open the vroot app and connect your Sony Xperia M to the computer.

3.Once you have connected successfully, you can see a green root icon in vroot app.

4.Just click that icon, it will initiate the rooting process in your phone.

5.Once the process is finished, your phone will restart automatically, and the vroot will show something like given below picture.

NOTE : In case, if you would like to have SuperSu app, instead of Superuser app, just download the same from Google Play Store, open it. It will ask the root permissions, grant it and follow the onscreen instructions.
